剪拼 ClipStitch 隐私政策

Google Chrome 版剪拼只在您的设备本地处理视频截图、字幕和您导入的图片，用于截图、拼接、裁剪、复制和下载。这些内容不会发送给开发者或任何第三方，不会被出售，也不会用于广告、信用评估或贷款决策。扩展没有账号、云端同步、广告追踪或使用情况统计。

处理哪些信息

  • 视频与网页内容：所选视频画面、可读取的字幕文字及位置、视频或页面标题。网页截图路径会临时截取当前可见标签页，再在本地裁剪出视频范围。
  • 您导入的图片：您选择、拖入或粘贴的图片，以及文件名和修改时间。扩展只在您粘贴时读取所粘贴的图片，不会主动读取剪贴板。
  • 播放状态：采集期间的页面地址、视频来源、播放状态、播放时间和字幕状态，用于确认播放器和及时结束采集。页面地址与视频来源只留在页面运行内存中，不作为浏览历史上传，也不保存到素材数据库；扩展不调用浏览历史接口。
  • 采集记录：标题、时间、截图顺序、裁剪边界、字幕和失败诊断，部分诊断含字幕文字。
  • 操作与设置：与播放器按钮、暂停和快捷键有关的鼠标和键盘信号，以及按钮显示、图片格式、水印和主题设置。

剪拼对用户数据的使用遵守 Chrome Web Store User Data Policy，包括其 Limited Use 要求。

保存与删除

  • 最近一组素材和采集记录保存在浏览器本地，停止采集或重新打开侧栏后可继续编辑。成功开始新一轮采集时，旧素材会被清除。设置也保存在浏览器本地。扩展不提供额外加密，请使用设备和浏览器的访问保护。
  • 您可以在侧栏查看、编辑、导出或删除素材。最近一次删除的截图会暂留在本地以便撤销，下一次删除或成功开始新一轮采集时清除；本轮标题、状态和部分诊断可能继续保留。
  • 扩展没有一键清除按钮。要清除扩展的全部本地数据，请在 Google Chrome 扩展管理页卸载剪拼。
  • 卸载不会影响已下载的文件，以及您复制或粘贴到其他应用的内容，这些内容需要您自行处理。接收内容的应用或服务可能另行处理这些信息。

权限与安全

扩展用网页访问权限发现播放器、显示按钮、读取可用字幕和截取当前可见标签页；用存储权限保存设置和素材；用侧栏展示和编辑结果；用下载和剪贴板写入权限导出图片。全部运行代码随扩展包提供，不从远程服务器加载。

ClipStitch Privacy Policy

ClipStitch for Google Chrome processes video screenshots, captions and the images you import only on your device, to capture, stitch, crop, copy and download. This material is not sent to the developer or any third party, is not sold, and is not used for advertising, credit assessment or lending decisions. The extension has no accounts, cloud sync, ad tracking or usage analytics.

What is processed

  • Video and page content: the selected video frames, readable caption text and its position, and the video or page title. The page-screenshot path briefly captures the visible tab, then crops it to the video area locally.
  • Images you import: images you select, drag in or paste, with their file names and modified times. The extension reads pasted images only when you paste and does not otherwise read the clipboard.
  • Playback state: during capture, the page address, video source, playing state, playback time and caption state, used to confirm the player and end capture on time. The page address and video source stay in the page's runtime memory; they are not uploaded as browsing history or saved to the material database, and the extension does not call the browsing history API.
  • Capture records: title, time, screenshot order, crop bounds, captions and failure diagnostics, some of which include caption text.
  • Actions and settings: mouse and keyboard signals related to the player buttons, pausing and shortcuts, as well as button visibility, image format, watermark and theme settings.

ClipStitch's use of user data complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Storage and deletion

  • The most recent material and capture records are stored locally in the browser, so you can keep editing after stopping capture or reopening the sidebar. When a new capture starts successfully, the old material is cleared. Settings are also stored locally in the browser. The extension adds no extra encryption; please rely on the access protection of your device and browser.
  • You can view, edit, export or delete material in the sidebar. The most recently deleted screenshots stay on your device so they can be restored, and are cleared at your next deletion or when a new capture starts successfully. The capture's title, state and some diagnostics may remain.
  • There is no "clear all" button. To remove all of the extension's local data, uninstall ClipStitch from the Google Chrome extensions page.
  • Uninstalling does not affect files you have downloaded, or content you have copied or pasted into other apps; you need to handle those yourself. The apps or services that receive this content may process it separately.

Permissions and security

The extension uses website access to find players, show its buttons, read available captions and capture the visible tab; storage to save settings and material; the side panel to show and edit results; and the downloads and clipboard-write permissions to export images. All running code ships with the extension package and nothing is loaded from remote servers.

Screenshots may include personal information shown on screen. Please check the content before exporting or sharing.
